How to Align Two or More Objects
To align two or more objects in a PowerPoint presentation slide, select all of the objects at the same time and then change their alignment. Below, the complete process is described in full.Step-1: Select the multiple objects
To select multiple objects from your PowerPoint presentation, use the "Shift" key on your computer's keyboard. Simply click on the objects that you want to change the alignment of while also holding the “Shift” key on the keyboard of your computer simultaneously.Multiple objects will be selected at the same time this way.
Step-2: Click on the “Align” option
Once you've chosen your objects, select "Align" from the "Arrange" drop-down menu in the section of the "Home" tab in your PowerPoint presentation's ribbon.Step-3: Select your preferred alignment
When you select "Align" from the "Arrange" drop-down menu, another drop-down menu appears on your screen.To arrange the object on top, select the "Align Top" option from this drop-down menu. To position them at the bottom, choose "Align Bottom." Select the "Align left" option to align them to the left. To align the objects to the right, choose the "Align right" option.
Similarly, to align the objects in the middle, choose "Align middle," and to align them in the center, choose "Align center."

In Microsoft PowerPoint, you can use keyboard shortcuts to align text, objects, pictures, or anything else you want. Simply follow the shortcuts listed below:• To align the top of the page, press "CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + T" at the same time.
• To align the bottom of the page, press "CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + B" at the same time.
• To align to the left margin, press "CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + L" at the same time.
• To align to the right of the margin, press "CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + R" at the same time.
